Feel chest pain while heavy breathing
Hello, Feel acute chest pain while heavy breathing, specially on the left side of the chest , also sometimes have acute headache and neckpain ,also breathlessness and difficulty in breathing , feel soar throat and difficulty in being relaxed and focused during my work . This causes me to get tired sooner and loose all my energy, I have tried consulting a family doctor but couldn't find a solution,as he was like it's because of work strees and eating habits (Gastric).

You can do a chest X-ray and ECG to make sure nothing else is going on besides gastritis. In the meanwhile start with a healthy lifestyle and healthy eating habits. Do something that makes you happy and reduce stress levels as much as possible.
