Feel a small pimple like thing in mouth

I feel a very small pimple like thing inside my mouth in left cheek area (close to lower jaw). I tried seeing in mirror but its not visable yet i can feel from tongue. At times it changes shape , some time is flat other times looks like a pimple . Very small in size just like a pimple .

Hi. They're outs a possibility there may an infected tooth that is oozing some pus from the small pimple like projection. It is important that you see a dentist a d get an x ray done for that tooth to rule out infection
