My baby just turn 6 months old. What food can i give her as starting? Can i give her cerelec? Also she had constipation issues earlier, can i give her gripe water ?

Good morning No gripe water Start replacing 2-3 feeds in the daytime with liquids like dal water,rice water without adding sugar or salt.Build up gradually
