Fear of swell on neck
Hi dr, Few.months back, mine mother got hard swelling on neck. With god grace, all reports came normal and she is fine now But since then i have developed fear of getting any swelling like lymph node swelling in neck I keep check ing my lower neck, collor bone area for any swelling. Sometime , if i feel something hard then i start panic and cry. My wife then tell me that it could be muscles Something due to continuous check of neck and pressing hard neck arae, it pain for few hours. I am not able to sleeping due to this. It been two months and keep checking. My age is 35, no bad habbit like smoking or anything. Weight 98. How to control... please guide.

Swelling more than 2 cm is important and its recognizable. So nothing to panic and check repeatedly. Ok
