Fear of Heart attack and stroke
Hi Doctor,
Even if I get a small pain in left hand or chest, I'm afraid of heart attack and stroke. I feel chillness and anxiety. Sometimes I feel difficult to breath. I'm just 30, normal BP and no Diabetes. Please help me overcome this fear.
