Any excessive fear is considered phobia and fear of death or a dying process is called "Thanatophobia "  Technically.  This type of fear is Usual among the older adults. 1. If it is Thanatophobia,  this is an anxiety disorder and it will disrupt all aspects of your life. 2. A professional would check if the fear is persistent, lasting more than six months etc..to diagnose this as an anxiety disorder. 3. Later therapeutic interventions will be done. As you have mentioned, you take medicine for your anxiety. But the medicine only will not help this but " A regular session with a psychotherapist should be made" Therapists would help you to cope with the problem and introduce you to certain techniques that would help you to overcome your fear.
Next Steps
Regular Session with psychotherapists  is strongly recommend
Health Tips
* Everyone has the fear of death and it is an event eventually we all humans have to face. But thinking about that will eat your present  moments. * Exercise regularly. * Reduce your caffeine intake if any and eat healthy food. * Meditation would help. * Try improving your sleep cycle if it is not proper.

Anxiety or fear of illness and even death are something that most people have some time or the other in their life. But if such a state of mind starts affecting the "normalcy" of your day to day life, that too for a long time, defying rationality and common sense, I think it is time you took professional help, like from a psychologist. I do not wish to label your condition as thanatophobia (perpetual fear of death) or illness anxiety disorder (formerly known as hypochondria). Yet I wish to mention to you that there are mental health conditions with such names too. I feel that your taking up a few counselling sessions with a psychologist can generate adequate awareness in you, making you realise that the fears that you are carrying right now even while medical investigations prove them illogical and irrational, need to be overcome with sensibility and logical thinking. Taking such professional help may be worthwhile since you are not yet successful in forming rational thinking on your own, especially while dealing with your current fears.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychologist.

Hi, Consult a Psychologist to talk about the anxiety you are experiencing. The tests that are done by a Cardiologist and the medication prescribed is for anxiety. You are going through health anxiety or hypochondria. Talking to a psychologist will address the underlying issues that contribute to your feelings and actions by replacing those with more rational and realistic thoughts. You will develop practical strategies for reframing and harnessing your thoughts . With Professional care treating health anxiety-hypochondria you will make lifestyle changes, and with counselling and Cognitive behavioral therapy for health anxiety your fears will subside enabling you to feel better and manage in a positive manner effectively.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.
Health Tips
Try relaxation skills, deep breathing, mindfulness practice, being in nature, or other soothing activities that ground you back in the present moment. These are some tools that can help you to refocus attention when facing Heath anxiety fearful thoughts.

What I understand that you have anxiety about having heart attack and dying. First it is important to find  about what do you have anxiety, for example some have anxiety about process of dying, pain of dying , left unfinished business, uncertainty related to die .you try to get assurance by monitoring heart rate, it is type of safety seeking behaviour which increase your anxiety more so  minimise this behaviour.I also infer you have intolerance towards Anxiety feeling (physical sensation) and if you want to overcome Anxiety start accepting these anxiety feeling without demanding these feelings must not have .

I understand that you're worried about having a heart attack, even though your medical tests show your heart is healthy. It's common to feel this way, and you're not alone. One helpful thing to do is talk to a therapist who can teach you ways to manage your anxiety. They can help you understand why you're feeling this fear and give you techniques to calm down when it happens. There are some simple tricks you can use on your own, like taking slow, deep breaths when you start to feel anxious. It can help you relax and focus on the present moment. Also, try to remind yourself of the good news from your medical tests. Your heart is okay, and that's something to be happy about. If you're taking medication, make sure you follow your doctor's instructions. It can help, but it's important to use it correctly. Finally, living a healthy life with exercise, good food, and enough sleep can also reduce anxiety.

Hi dear, Might be an anxiety or a panic attack but nothing to be worried about. As you have confirmed with a cardiologist(If u haven't Please do it) and everything came normal,it is a positive sign, you don't seem to have any other serious issues.second opinion is still a choice. Anxiety and panic attacks will definitely have an underlying reason and a triggering event (thoughts) Connect with a trained counselling psychologist where you can elaborately discuss the issues you have and find a permanent solution for the emotional disturbances you face Remember along with medications Talk therapy is very often recommend by the psychiatrists

Hi.. If these tests were done under the consultation of a Cardiologist and this medication (alpazoram 0.25 mg) was taken under the guidance of a Psychiatrist, than I believe you are suffering from severe health anxiety or hypochondria. The treatment will involve a combination of medication and psychotherapy both. Keep following the medications you were prescribed by your Psychiatrist and start your therapy.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
