Hi... it would be more useful to us to make a diagnosis if you had mentioned in detail about the problem that you are facing. You have mentioned that you are suffering from Hypothyroidism and the doctor has advised you to get an ultrasound scan which I presume is for constipation hypothyroidism itself can cause this constipation and you might have to get your thyroid test done to see if the thyronorm tablets that you are taking adequate.
