Fatty lower abdomen
Hai mam, ma lower abdomen is looks like fatty. Is that be cause of irregular periods?? If eats something or I going weight ma lower abdomen looks bulged. So, i can't wear any body fitt dress that projects ma lower abdomen like a preganent lays. Please tell me why like this

Hello... You have lax abdomen , you must do exercise do strengthen abdominal muscles...one can reduce weight by dietary and lifestyle change . Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti... Avoid junk food, oily food items.. Exercise regularly (yoga or aerobics)... Sleep for at least seven to eight hours..
