Fatty liver grdae 1-2
There was slight pain in my lower abdominal while coughfing doctor suggested me to do ultrasonography of abdomen & pelvis .Impression says : few enlarged mesenteric nodes are seen in the the right iliac fossa.No bowel pathology is seen.The liver shows borderline enlargemwnt with grade 1-2 fatty liver.what should i do.

Please consult a gen surgeon as we need to find out the cause of enlarged lymphatic lymph nodes...its not common...it might also be some chronic medical condition like tb...you might need to undergo ct scan for futher evaluation.. Fatty liver might be due to your weight,alcohol intake or the junk food intake..you need nit worry about it now...few lifestyle changes will help you for that..bit for the enlarged nodes you definitely need evaluation
