Hi
I m having pain under right chest, sometimes stomach pain, back pain , when gas is coming then pain radiate from lower abdomin ,early mng when wake up throat pain with yellow mucus ,headaches, confusion sometimes not able to concentrate like before . Doctor gave some medicines I m using them. Is my condition serious ? I dnt have thyroid , bp and diabetics. Please help with me

It seems you are having epigastric burning due to gastroesophageal reflux disease. It would be wise to consult a trained gastroenterologist for the same. You may need to undergo UGI Scopy
