Fatty liver especially non alcoholic is very common now a days. Faulty life style and diet habit is most common cause. No need to worry..just follow a restricted diet pattern with morning walk, yoga and excercise...take tab liv52 ds 2 bd, arogyavardhini vati 2 bd, kumaryasava 20 ml bd with equal water. Basti treatment of panchakarma is very effective here to correct your metabolism...consult physician...hav a good day

Ayurveda has very good treatment for fatty liver. With specific Panchkarma therapies and medication, a proper diet will help to resolve your fatty liver . As far as diet is concerned, choose foods low in fat.eat meals low in salt.eat more fruit and vegetables.avoid fast food.avoid processed foods, soft drinks, and snacks high in sugar or salt.
Panchakarma treatments like Vamana , Virechana, lekhana basti along with medicines like Triphala , guduchi, pippali etc etc may be taken after consulting an Ayurveda specialist.
