Fatty Liver and high chol
Recently I have under gone annual medical test, where it was diagnosed as high cholesterol ( 230) and fatty liver physician has asked to take vit_e tabs for month. During this month i have reduced intake of food and any oils. Though my cholesterol levels did not got reduced they are at 230 still. how to handle this.

I think u v to go for more specific Diet plan should be very low or almost nil oil,spices,alcohol, tobaccos. U can show me to chek by scan. U v to strictly follow that low calorie, v.low fat diet for coming months ,then only u can find significant improvement not by few days.
