Fatty liver& Hernia
I have been diagnosed with fatty liver grade 1 and paraumblical hernia containing omentum , abdominal wall defect measuring 11 mm. Advised to avoid fried foods and beverages. No surgery suggested. Can I lift my 2 year old baby? Any other suggestions? Will I overcome this condition. Please help

Any hernia, either big or small needs to be repaired by surgery. Nobody waits for hernia to become bigger and start complications. It’s fixed as soon as being diagnosed

If there is is anatomical defect,it won't go away, however it will be prevented from its progression
