Sir i about month ago found a swollen lymph node in neck went to Dr she said nothing is there but I insisted than she told me to have USG ,  it said bilateral cervical  lymphnode with fatty hilum maintained likely inflammatory/inflammation dr if fatty hilum is maintained does that guarantee that it is non cancerous

Need more information. But fatty hilum maintained indicates non malignant cause but does not guarantee
