You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi Practo user If you are feeding your baby, it's going to be easier for you to loose that extra weight. Take restricted amount of fats and sugars in your diet. Take small and two hourly healthy meals. Incorporate one hour daily excercise in your routine.
