Fatigue, low immunity, weight gain, depr
Hi doctor.. I have gained a lot of weight in last 3 years. My PCOD conditions keep getting coming back and it's difficult for me to loose weight . Also, because my vitamin D levels dropped to as low as 1 in Feb 2017. I took injections and medication for the same. Though the levels have significantly improved but my bones are weak. There is a regular pain in bones and I have facial hair as well since childhood. My calf muscles get tight if I sit for longer duration or do a lot of walk/ exercise. It does get relieved with stretching but the pain persists. This problem I have been facing since 7 years. Because of harmone problem I feel depressed too, and tired all the time. Do not feel like doing anything at times. My periods also become irregular in every few months. Please suggest.
