Fatigue, hair fall, leg n back pain
I am a housewife since I conceived (3 years now). I conceived at a weight of 70 kg n gained 18kg during pregnancy. I had an accident a year back n got my 12th vertebra broken in spine, recovered mostly with bed rest n exercise. At the time of delivery I was 88 kg n today I am at 73 kg. Since few days I have pain in my lower back n knees, get tired often. Also experiencing massive hair fall n sleep disorders. I am not feeding my baby since she was 8 months old. Please help n assist if need to get a health checkup, some exercises n treatments.
