Fatigue/feeling sleepy

Hi Sir, I am suffering from AS(Ankolosing spondylitis) since 5 years. I have very bad experience nowdays .I am feeling very sleepy as well tired nowdays. Not able to work.Please help me out . i will follow your instruction.
