Fatigue and weakness
I feel fatigue difficulty to concentrate and weakness without doing any effort and my nails are brittle my face is pale and my lips too and there is darkness under my eyes and the CBC is normal except for MCH its 32 pg and MCHC is 37 g/dl and HCT is 36.3% and the thyroid gland is ok

I would like to know ur detailed blood report before suggesting anything. The symptoms u enumerated above are mostly associated with anaemia. If possible please upload your hemoglobin level
