  4. Fat under armpit. Concern? what's that?

Fat under armpit
I am obese 94kgs and height 5 ft . Mother of 2 year old kid . I have swelling under my left armpit . Which is soft and fatty to touch . I noticed it while wearing sleeve less dress . But It doesn't bother me . Is it cause of concern? What's that? Please kindly reply
