Fat stranding in right hypochondrium
I removed my gallbladder on March, due to stones... I got infected and suffered with biliary fistula... Undergone treatment... All pus completely drained... Was eating ciprofloxacin and clarithromycin.. And stopped treatment 2 months before... Now a week before, took ct plain abdomen... The result is.. Normal liver... Post cholecystectomy status.. Focal subcutaneous Fat stranding in right hypochondrium-suggestive of inflammation ..? Latrogenic. Bilateral prominent cystic ovaries... Few enlarged RIF mesenteric nodes.. About cystic ovaries, I have no symptoms.. What is fat stranding in right hypochondrium... I'm having pain in upper right abdomen more pain and there is something I can feel there by touching...

It's due to adhesions post surgery and also due to infection which u had. A course of anti inflammatory medication was give u relief.
