  4. Fat lump in my underarm. Get rid of it.

Fat lump in my underarm
I am 32yrs old, weight 59kgs, height 163cms. I have fat lump in both my underarms (competitively lessser fat lump in my left underarm) due to which I'm not able to wear sleeveless or mega sleeve dress. I feel very embarrassing when anyone somehow see that. Please suggest me some medication or treatment to get rid of it.
