Fasting sugar or pp sugar
My fasting blood sugar 110 and pp sugar 2hour 220. and 3 hour 178. 4hour 146. 5hour 125 it's means I'm not taking any medicine just following 2 meals in day what can I do plz suggest me

Your PP1 is high,life style modifications, meditation, plenty water, green Vegetables, exercise, control salt, sugar, preservatives will help you alot, monitor blood sugar, if still PP1 not in control need to go for medicine
