Family planning query
Hi I am a 26 years old healthy woman. My husband and me have consulted a gynecologist for family planning. We were given option of copper t and oral contraceptive pills. I am thinking of opting for copper t but one of friends says that copper t can cause vaginal infection. Can someone help me in understanding it's true

CuT perse will not cause vaginal infection. The only complication that is seen in some women is heavy bleeding during periods. That is  also for a few months only. With medical management that also settles in majority of the women. If you have already had a child, CuT is ideal form of reversible contraception.
