If someone's grandfather has died from heart attack ( mother's father ) then what is the probability of getting heart problem on their grandchildren? Parents are normal.

Premature CAD death before 55 years of age (men) or 65 years of age (women) can be genetically transmitted. But still cause of heart disease is multifactorial. Heart attack due to old age is not a risk factor for subsequent generations
