I am just 22 year old. And I am facing severe hair fall problem since last 3-4 years. I am using solution- Minoxidil & Aminexil 10%" twice daily, and use nothing else. I consulted many doctors, the only solution is hair transplant. *BUT my concern is, after transplanting, how to save old hair I have now. I and my brother both want to get transplan
