Fall down and vomited in 15min
My son fell down suddenly backside and became panic cant stand for few min. Feel drowsy seems... And cried lot and vomitted within 15-20min whatever he had food uppuma all came out. As hit and back side and vomitted can i go to hospital.? Pls suggest me

Yes please visit a hospital. He needs check up and tests / x rays etc
