Fainting spell with nausea 32 hrs later

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Yesterday I passed out, went out for aprox 1 minute, before I went down I felt a pain in my stomach & a cold chill all over my body & then everything went black. Went to ER via ambulance, nausea & chills came in waves on the way & after I got there. About 20 minutes after I got there I vomited everything in my stomach & have been having waves of nausea ever since, it's been 32 hours. They said dehydration was the cause after hardly checking me and I'm not convinced, could it be something else?
