Fainting after standing up

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I used to feel dizzy n faintish after standing up . Itz usually 2 or 3 times a day . But nows aday it is increased like 4 or 5 times . Sometimes i do faint . Usually it is like dizziness and faintish for few seconds . I can't stand at that time . I had to hold on something for support or or else i fall on ground . Can u tell me about this problem
