Pain In Buttock After Prolonged Standing - I Have Intense Pain

I have intense pain in my lower buttock after prolonged standing. I had laparoscopy surgery with removal of Fallopian tube, bcz of ectopic pregnancy 2years back. After that, when I am standing for 2-3hours, I experience the pain. Previously it was legs and buttock, but now after taking multi vital, calcium and vital d, legs are fine, but pain in buttock is still there. It gets fine after I lie down for an hour or two. It generally happens in the afternoon or night if I stand for long hours. Please suggest what to do
