Fainted twice
I fainted twice in last 2 days and did check the BP at home and it came to 196/125.
Also, checked the sugar which came to 175.
Please let me know why should be my problem and what is my next step.

Your BP is very high . And on background of fainting episodes i think you should consult a cardiologist
