I am sitting for half an. Hour and when i stand and try to walk i feel like i will faint .. this happens everything when i stand after sitting for a long time like in washroom i m sitting on indian seat and when i stand there i started feeling like i will faint .. why ??

Postural hypertension may cause ,don't sit in Indian toilet ,take plenty of liquids like lemon j,mausami  juice don't remain empty stomach
