I have symptom of intolerable urethra pain for every 24 hours. The pain goes off after ejaculation if I can, or use of catheter and nothing else. No medicine of urologists can give me relief. A lot of seminal fluid cultures and antibiotics courses followed but no use. My uroflow is very fine.
Is my symptom lies within the scope of urologist or sexology ?

Your symptom definitely lies in the scope of a urologist. Sometimes if theres no infection or anything in the urine or seminal fluid it can just be urogenic pain. Consult your urologist again or take a second opinion. Also if theres no physical reason for the pain then meeting a psychiatrist will also help you as sometimes it can be due to disturbances of neurotransmitters in the brain that causes such pain.
