Faecal calprotectin
I have been suggested to take test of Faecal calprotectin . the report shows it's 15 mg/kg . Could you please let us know what it means ?

It is a kind of protein which is normally present in the body, in certain conditions for example any infections these proteins will increase in quantity. One property of this protein is to call WBCs into the area in which they are present. So ultimately put together it means that there is an active ongoing infection or inflammation in the area calprotectin is being tested. Fecal calprotectin identifies as a measure of higher than normal WBC entering into the intestines. This test is done to check for Inflammatory bowel disease. Your lab report suggests that it is within normal range. However, there is a very slim possibility that it can be negative in case of an inactive disease.
Next Steps
You may require treatment of symptoms at time being, if symptoms persist then further evaluation for IBD would be needed
