Facing neck pain issues.
I am Facing mild neck pain issues since 3-4 days.  Kindly suggest which pillow to use. And also let me know if it's advisable to continue jog

Don't bend forward.use a pillow while sleeping on side lying.and while sleeping straight take a thin pillow

Apply ice pack for acute condition ( if onset of your pain is just 3 days)...pillow can be advised only by seeing your posture.
