Facing hair fall after 4 prp sittings

Last year december I had gone through prp hair treatment for my excessive hair fall. And 4 sittings have done. Exactly 4 months (june 20th)back 4th sitting done. From the past 20 days again I m facing excessive hair fall.. What is the reason my age is just 24 female.. Plz help me shall i go fr 5th sitting or not..? Does it helps again..? Why i m facing hairfall .. All my reports r noraml
