Facing excessive oil prob
Hello doctor i am 26 yr I have oily face .please give me some solution how to reduce this oily problem.

You can use herbal packs available from Nagarjuna pharmacy or use multani mitti to clean your face.

Subh Arogya......... Make a paste of Triphala, aloe vera, honey, multani mati, ..... Apply it and remove it after drying....even powder of dry fruit peels can be added. Avoid oily foods like Vadapav, Bhaji, Samosa etc.....I e.junk food... But I should also tell you these remedies are only temporary. ..do get yourself treated properly by ayurvedic doctor for better digestion. Regards, Dr. Kaustubh Kane

Wash your face with basan and honey every day twice. Apply face pack of yastimadhu triphala with rose water twice a week

Hi there... Avoid junk foods..For now use a sunscreen like suncote gel morning and afternoon. And a face wash like ahaglow-s or spongysal face wash for oily skin. Wash your face regularly at least 2-3 times per day...if no improvements consult nearest dermatologist for clinical examination they will do the needful.

Avoid spicy and fried food. Use multani mitti with rose water as face pack and apply aloe vera gel after face wash.
