Whenever I rotate my right hand I face pain and uneasyness at certain angle in right shoulder joint area.I lost strength and cannot even able to throw a ball for longer distance.please help me on this

Hi Consult your physiotherapist and start taking treatment for strengthening of your rotator cuff muscle or shoulder muscle
