Facial rash and sore throa t

Hello I have a facial rash and a sore throat that won't seem to go away . It's very frustrating . I've tried creams for the rash but it's not getting better . It's red and itchy and looks like dots . My throat is getting worse . I went to a Cvs minuet clinic and she gave me cream that made it worst please help !
