Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have unwanted facial hair. I would like to do some permanent hair removal methods. But I am an SLE patient and I am under medication. Will there be any problems that can happen if I undergo American Electrolysis treatment for hair removal? Is there some other method for hair removal which will be better for me than american electrolysis?
