I have dense hair in my face. From my chin and under the chin i was too dense. I was not able to go out. I tried many natural remedies. But nothing helps me.

Excessive hair growth on the face is called hirsutism. It can be reduced with laser treatment. But before undergoing laser procedure, you can to undergo proper examination with detailed history about your periods to know if there are any hormonal disturbances. Polycystic ovaries are very common underlying cause for hirsutism. Unless the underlying cause is found and treated, there is no point treating the hair growth because it may recur after laser treatment. Please send photos with detailed history for further advice.
