Facial hair even after treatment

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have undergone 16 laser sessions for facial hair in 2 years at kaya skin clinic(ndyag laser)... instead of reduction the hair have become darker,coarser and longer. and i have done all the blood tests like dheas ,testostorone,thyroid,etc i have also checked for pcos through sonography..and everything is absolutely normal.i have also used creams like eflora after laser .i would like to know about the reasons for this and a method to reduce the hair growth.skin type is sensitive.
