Hello sir according to ur information. I thought your skin is dry. so for smoothness you can use aloevera gel. you can clean up at least once a week. apply lemon cleansing milk. apricot scrubber. and then massage with aloe gel. internally take glow aid drops. it maintain your face smooth & fair. for earche use Mullein ear drop.
