Face pain, dizziness, tinnitus
Hi, 1 year back my 3years old accidentally fallen on my nose very strongly when i was sleeping on my back. From the next day, I developed ringing in my Left ear (only) and few times pain on both cheeks. I immediately contacted a nearby ENT specialist but she mentioned there is no issue in the ear etc. after checking the ear. But she didnt check Nose at all. Even after 1 year now, the tinnitus is still there, cheecks pain in recurring scenario and I'm feeling dizzy on few days. Also, my left ear feels full and I get left side headaches, sometimes I even feel nausea. Kindly let me know what happened and the next steps to be taken. Does the symptoms related sinus or any Nose damage etc., My life has not been the same after that accidental fall of my daughter on my nose.
