Can I know a substitute for dexomet which is not available in the market.even xinasome which is substitute of dexomet is also not available.so if possible can I know a suitable substitute which is available in the market and I can apply it in my face as I have lot of inflamed skin on my face.

Its contained steriod so never use over face without supervision of dermatologist . So strictly no no
