I have multiple small black colored lentigines over my nose and few over my cheeks. I had once gone through some laser surgery which had reduced it considerably. But due to sun exposure I feel they came back in more numbers. What can be done to cure them, is there any way to permanently cure them?

Use a sunscreen - to prevent recurrent. Radio frequency ablation may be done. Some chance of recurrence always exists! Hope this helps! Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal, Bengaluru.
