Face full dark black

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Last eight before I used to lemons with curd and rosewater weekly four times, and then stop the after one month. but full darkness with below eye's both side, l have already checked with doctor's, but still not cleare the problems please help me doctor,,, and then tell me the procedure,
