Face dark spots and darkness at under ey

I.ve been having a dark spots on my face its giving me very old age boy look. Can i use facial steaming to get the fairness on my face? My skin and under eyes are so dark, by these spots my face looking very dull and old. i heard from my friends that if i use facial steaming i will get a fairness. Is this correct? Facial steaming is good for health? Requesting please give me a suggestion to get fairness. Please suggest. Thank you,

There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause.
