There is no such thing as best cream. Each cream suits different people. Using a sunscreen is very important. Sunscreens have to be used regularly at 8am 11am and 2pm. Night creams there are many available in the market. But for a prescription product u will need to visit a dermatologist and consult with them. In case your skin darkening is due to some skin disease (like LPP or Melasma or Seborrheic melanosis) then we have to treat that condition. If you want better results than fairness creams then you can go for laser toning or for chemical peels. Please do not use products like melacare or betnovate or skinlite without consulting a dermatologist as they contain steroids and can severely damage the skin if not used correctly or used for a long time.
