I have power of minus 0 .75 in left eye and power of 1.75 in right eye do i have to wear glasses all the time
Do not wearing glasses all the time will have any negative effects.

Hello
You can wear glasses for distance work and avoid for near work.
Not wearing glasses may cause headache or blurred vision etc
